Refund and Returns Policy

Because each Bulldog Ranch item is printed on-demand just for you, we keep waste low and bulldog smiles high—but it also means we can’t treat returns the same way a warehouse full of stock might. Here’s exactly how we handle things:


1. Items We’ll Gladly Replace or Refund

Wrong item, size, or design sent Free replacement shipped with priority printing Photo proof + order number within 14 days

2. What’s Not Returnable

  • Products with no manufacturing defect that were ordered in the correct size/color
  • “Change of mind,” “found it cheaper,” or other preference-based reasons
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Why? Each piece is made to order and cannot be re-stocked or re-sold, so returning non-defective merchandise creates unnecessary waste.


3. Sizing Issues

We include detailed size charts on every product page. If you accidentally choose the wrong size, we can offer a one-time 25 % discount on a new replacement order (same design). Simply email us within 14 days of delivery with your original order number.


4. How to File a Claim

  1. Snap a clear photo of the issue (full front + close-up of the defect).
  2. Emailsupport@bulldogranch.com with:
    • Subject line: Return/Exchange – Order #_____
    • Brief description of the problem
    • Attach your photos
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Financial institutions can take 5–10 business days to post the credit.


6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/incorrect items – We cover all reshipment costs.
  • Other approved cases – You’ll receive a prepaid label (U.S. customers). International customers will get instructions for local return shipping reimbursement.

7. Lost Packages

If tracking hasn’t updated for 15 consecutive days (U.S.) or 30 days (international), contact us and we’ll investigate or reship at no charge.


8. EU & UK Right of Withdrawal

For customers in the EU/UK, statutory “cooling-off” rights do not apply to custom-made goods. However, the defect and misprint protections above still fully apply.
